Everything here is printed when you order it. There's no back room full of stock — your shirt didn't exist until you bought it.
That's why this isn't a normal returns policy. Instead of shipping things back and forth across the country, I fix problems by sending you another one.
Misprinted, damaged in transit, the wrong item, the wrong size in the box — any of that is on me and the print shop, not on you. Email me a photo within 30 days of it arriving and a new one goes out at no charge.
Don't ship anything back. Keep it, bin it, use it as a rag. Return postage costs more than the shirt and helps nobody.
Most product pages carry flat-lay measurements taken from the actual blank we print on. Measuring a shirt you already like and comparing is far and away the best way to get it right the first time — because these are made to order, a size that didn't work out can't be restocked or resold.
If you've ended up with something that doesn't fit, email me anyway. I won't promise a particular outcome in advance, but I'd much rather hear about it than have you quietly write the whole thing off and never come back.
Because it was made for you specifically, a change of mind isn't something I can take back — the printer won't credit it and there's nowhere for it to go. I'd rather say that plainly than bury it. If something about your order is genuinely wrong, though, that's a different thing — talk to me first.
Email me. If tracking has gone quiet or says delivered when it wasn't, I'll chase it with the print shop and we'll sort something out. The sooner you tell me the more I can do.
If a parcel bounces because the shipping address had a typo in it, I'll happily send it again — I just have to ask you to cover the postage the second time.
Email info@marty-clothing-co.ca with your order number and, if something's wrong with the garment, a photo. It's me reading it. I'll come back to you.
